Carolyn was born on June 22, 1950 and passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011.
Carolyn was a resident of Rogers, Arkansas at the time of her passing.
She was a 1968 graduate of Siloam Springs High School.
She is survived by her husband Jerry.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 30, 2011, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with Brian Bowerman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Support Homes of Northwest Arkansas, 2706 E. Central Ave. Bentonville, AR 72712.

Please accept my deepest sympathy in Carolyn's loss. There really are no words to ease the pain, but know that many of our classmates are thinking of you. I'm so glad we got to see and visit with her last summer. You're in my thoughts.
