Jim Henderson Passes Away • February 23, 2022

Jim was the pastor of Sager Creek Community Church in Siloam Springs.

Dear church family:

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that our beloved pastor, Jim, passed away this morning. We rejoice that his faith is now sight. The sickness progressed faster than expected. Fortunately, his children and immediate family were all able to be here with him.

Even in this tough moment we can rejoice that Jim is seeing the eternal and experiencing glory beyond all comparison. Jim was very clear that he counted it a true joy and pleasure to shepherd this body. Thank you for lifting up the family in prayer.

Arrangements for Jim Henderson’s memorial service have been made. There will be a visitation Friday, March 4th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The memorial service will be Saturday, March 5th at 10:00 AM. Both will be held at Sager Creek Community Church.

Some have asked about how to give to the family to help with funeral and travel expenses. A Henderson Family Bereavement fund has been set up through the church’s online giving page so that funds can be designated to them. Checks can also be designated for this using the memo line.

While we rejoice that Jim is now in the presence of God, please continue to lift the family up in prayer during this difficult time.
